Our programs are organized based on a vital question: Will “this” help our audience to progress? Organisations are often product-centric. There are plenty of examples out there of organisations creating the best possible products, but forgetting that their customers’ needs were something completely different. So rather than aligning current topics to our formats, we aim to align our product to client needs. That’s how we decide how we build our products. In some cases we partner with innovative organisations to bring you the best in-class experiences, such as with Locomotive’s Red-Green-Blue Bus Playshops in other cases where we feel there isn't an innovative partner to collaborate, we build it from scratch like with our Customer-Centric Innovation Lab. Whilst some programs are available in an open class format the majority of ou offerings are 'made to measure', as customised in-house sessions, as they are tailored to the specific clients objectives.
